5 EASY WAYS TO GET YOUR WEEK OFF TO AN AWESOME START
PLAN THE WEEK AHEAD
Ideally you'd do this on Sunday, but sometimes brunch/bottomless mimosas/Netflix happen, and that's totally OK. As early into your Monday as possible, spend ten minutes with a Sharpie and a clean page in your notebook, thinking about everything you want to get done this week - from work tasks to personal stuff to life admin. Seeing everything on paper will help you to feel calm and in control. Now, get going on that list!
WORK ON SOMETHING YOU LOVE
Spend some time - even if it's just an hour - making progress on that project you really want to make happen but just never find the time for. It will never be the 'right' time, so why not just get started now? Write the first page, draw the first picture, take the first photo. You'll feel awesome for doing so.
EAT SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Food makes us all happy, let's be honest. GIVE YOURSELF SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO
There's no quicker cure for a case of the Mondays than making an exciting plan. Think about what might put a spring in your step this week - lunch plans with a friend? a spa date? an afternoon checking out a new exhibition? - and put it in your diary for the weekend.
